We are entering an era where health and longevity are no longer reserved for clinics or elite athletes; they are becoming central to how we live, work, and travel. Real estate, hospitality, and workplaces are uniquely positioned to accelerate this shift by embedding longevity-driven solutions directly into their environments.
In this talk, Tine Hertz, founder of One Thirty Labs and Copenhagen Health Week, shares how cutting-edge longevity practices, from diagnostics and recovery treatments to nutrition, light, movement, and mental wellbeing, can be translated into spaces where people spend most of their time. She will explore global trends and practical case studies of how hotels, residential projects, and corporate spaces are already beginning to integrate these elements, and what it takes to design concepts that are both commercially viable and scientifically grounded.
